The hotel's decoration is absolutely beautiful, with natural woods, artistic accents, and tropical blues. It creates a relaxing vacation vibe that I really enjoyed. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for us senior people to get around. The accessibility for senior people was great, with ramps and elevators available. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

I would ask for better assistance from the children working there.

I always return to my favorite place in Kuta because here I found friendly staff who helped me find a car service on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Bar/ Lounge area, Restaurant. I'm coming back for Christmas!

During my recent business trip to Kuta, Bali, my director selected the Wyndham Garden hotel for our stay. One of the highlights of my experience was indulging in a pampering massage at the rooftop spa overlooking the serene sea. The skilled therapists provided a truly rejuvenating experience, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Additionally, I took advantage of the onsite Neera Spa, treating myself to a body treatment and a facial which further enhanced my stay. To complete my relaxation routine, I enjoyed a swim in the inviting infinity pool.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Garden in Kuta, Bali for a few nights. The bed was a nice size and the room had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right on Kuta beach and Sunset strip. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The pool was quiet and well-maintained. The breakfast offered at a reasonable price was delicious. Despite being near a main road, the hotel was surprisingly peaceful. If I return to Kuta, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few steps away from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was really tasty with a good variety of options. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel also needs some maintenance work as some areas were under construction and were noisy during the day. This made it difficult to relax in the hotel and enjoy the facilities.

I was very disapointed in the location which was right in the middle of a building site and under renovation. The advertisment on the internet made no mention of this and the hotel was not signed at all so the taxi driver could not find its location. We were under the impression that it was a new fully completed hotel but there was no restaurant or room service. It was not pleasant at all walking out into a half completed resort back from the beach. The price we paid for the rooms was very expensive considering this.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and other tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was under construction which made it quite noisy and unpleasant during the day. The room was not properly cleaned and there were mosquitos present.

I was delighted with the location of the hotel, right in the heart of Kuta. Just steps away from Kuta Beach and with convenient access to nearby attractions like Miniso and Beachwalk. Plus, the breakfast options were delicious and varied every day. The hospitality from the security, receptionist, and pantry staff really made my stay memorable.

Poor breakfast, rather eat outside. Small single unit aircon which is insufficient for entire big room. Room temperature always above 26C! Lacked of privacy as nearby high raise construction site in on going.
